Two of the (many) reasons coaching is so effective are reflection and accountability. When food choices are the "action" piece or area of goal setting, a food diary can be a simple yet effective personal tool for success. Finding simple ways to lovingly reflect and offer personal accountability to support the changes you're looking for doesn't have to be complicated. Make the life you want. Just do.
